We are seeking a passionate and committed therapeutic practitioner to join our team in a newly created role supporting young parents, care-experienced parents, and those who have previously experienced the removal of a child from their care.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work therapeutically with vulnerable parents from pregnancy onwards. You will play a vital part in empowering families through statutory processes, helping to reduce the risk of recurrent care proceedings and permanent separation.
We are looking for someone who can:
- Build strong, trusting relationships through effective relationship-based practice
- Think reflectively and creatively when working directly with children and families, developing specialist therapeutic intervention packages that support families in achieving positive outcomes.
- Demonstrate a deep commitment to addressing entrenched social challenges by embracing innovative and flexible approaches.
- Work responsively around the needs of parents, showing adaptability and dedication.
If you are passionate about making a meaningful difference and ready to contribute to a pioneering service, we would love to hear from you.
