About this role

Job Description:
At Remitly, we believe everyone deserves the freedom to access, move, and manage their money wherever life takes them. Since 2011, we've tirelessly delivered on our promise to customers sending money globally, providing secure, simple, and reliable ways to manage their money, ensuring true peace of mind. Whether it's supporting loved ones back home, growing a business across continents, or pursuing new opportunities abroad, we're not just here to move money— we're here to move our global customers forward.
We're looking for builders, reimaginers, and global thinkers who want to work at the intersection of technology, trust, and transformation. If that's you and you're ready to do the most meaningful work of your career—we invite you to join over 2,800 passionate Remitlians worldwide who are united by our vision to transform lives with trusted financial services that transcend borders.

About the Role:

Remitly is building several partnership motions at once: employer partnerships, partners for high-value senders, Remitly Business integrations, and a long tail of comparison sites, publishers and cashback partners. Our model is simple. Segment GMs generate and qualify affiliate opportunities for their segment. Our Strategic Partnerships team, as the single global owner of the affiliate programme, closes the deals and manages the relationships across all segments. We need one person who owns everything between the term sheet and a partner that is live, tracked, protected and reporting.

You'll be the single owner of Remitly's affiliate platform (Impact) and the operational work needed to launch and support affiliates across every segment and market. This isn't a traditional affiliate marketing role: you won't manage partner relationships or carry a volume target. You'll decide which partners get onto the platform, get signed partners live without launch defects, and switch off partners who aren't playing fair. As partner volume grows faster than launch capacity, you'll also help Strategic Partnerships decide which partners to onboard first. You'll be measured on how fast and how cleanly partners go live, and on the integrity of the partner base. This is a 12-Month Fixed Term Contract role based in our London office (hybrid, 3 days per week onsite). You will report to the Director of Global Owned Channels.

You Will:

- Own Remitly's Impact account end to end: partner approvals, contract templates, payout rules, promo and tracking link setup, and data hygiene. Approve or reject every inbound partner against quality criteria you write and maintain, and audit the existing base so no unknown or inactive partner can earn commission.
- Review every negotiated deal at term sheet, before signature, and confirm feasibility. Confirm Impact can hold the commercial terms, the promo can be built and stacks correctly, landing page and creative capacity exists, and Customer Support is briefed. Say “not yet” when a deal can't launch as written, and write the technical requirements when it needs engineering, such as verifying employees so employer offers don't leak to the public.
- Work with Strategic Partnerships to prioritise the onboarding pipeline against real launch and support capacity. Keep a clear view of what's in flight, what's blocked and what's next, so Strategic Partnerships and segment GMs know when a qualified partner can go live.
- Take each signed partner from contract to live: tracking and promo code links generated directly in Impact, landing page and asset briefs to our Owned Channels creative team, and coordination with Global Brand where a launch uses organic social. Then end-to-end offer and URL testing so every promo works as intended, CS briefing, and a launch checklist.
- Run the review and approval workflow for partner-facing assets (affiliate websites, social channels and other placements) with Owned Channels, so nothing goes live off-brand or with a broken offer.
- Act as the technical and troubleshooting contact for partners and for Strategic Partnerships once partners are live.
- Build partner-level fraud monitoring with our I&T and AdTech teams. Cover click-to-install ratios, click-to-install timing, new-customer spikes against trailing baselines, and organic traffic falling as affiliate traffic rises. Act on alerts by suspending partners and flagging volume for payment hold, with Finance confirming.
- Give Strategic Partnerships the reporting they need to manage the programme and each partner's performance. Give segment GMs a trusted view of their segment's partners, including CAC and NPV per partner, and report monthly on platform health.
- Document runbooks and controls, and build AI workflows, so the programme never depends on one person's memory. Hand over a platform that runs cleanly and can scale with partner volume at the end of the 12 months.
- Be measured on: signature-to-live time, day-one launch defects, incident resolution time, fraud flags actioned, and partner base quality.

You Have:

- 5+ years running affiliate or partner programmes on the operations, platform or technical programme management side, ideally in fintech, payments or another regulated, fraud-exposed category.
- Hands-on administration of Impact (impact.com (http://impact.com)) or a comparable platform such as CJ, Awin, Rakuten or PartnerStack, including contracts, payout rules, promo codes and tracking.
- Working knowledge of mobile app attribution (AppsFlyer or similar), including how probabilistic attribution and click flooding work and how to spot them in the data.
- A record of shipping launches that depend on teams you don't manage, such as engineering, creative, legal, fraud and support, and of getting commitments that hold.
- Experience running intake and prioritisation when demand exceeds capacity, and keeping stakeholders across several business lines aligned on what launches when.
- Analytical fluency: you can pull partner-level performance, build an alert, and explain an anomaly to a non-technical GM. SQL is a plus.
- The judgement to say no to a partner or a deal, and the clarity to explain why.

Our Benefits:

- Paid Vacation Days
- Health insurance
- Commuter benefit
- Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)
- Mental Health & Family Forming Benefits
- Continuing education
