Junior IT Project Analyst / PMO Support – Madrid

We are currently experiencing a period of growth and are looking for a Junior IT Project Analyst / PMO Support to join an international technology project focused on IT governance, data management and project coordination.

🔎 What will be your mission?

You will support the IT management team in strategic technology initiatives, ensuring data accuracy, IT asset management and effective coordination between Business and IT teams .

You will contribute to project monitoring, data validation and process improvement in an international environment.

🎯 What will you do?

- Support IT projects and strategic initiatives , coordinating activities and tracking progress.
- Manage and validate IT asset and application data .
- Perform data cross-checks, analysis and corrections across multiple databases.
- Collaborate with Business and IT stakeholders to ensure compliance with internal IT processes.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of IT governance frameworks .
- Prepare procedures, user guides and operational documentation .
- Assist users with IT processes and internal procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and data quality initiatives.

👉 To succeed in this role, it is important to have

- 2+ years of experience as a Junior IT Analyst, Assistant Project Manager, PMO Support or similar.
- Good knowledge of data management, data validation and database cross-checking .
- Basic understanding of Project Management methodologies .
- Experience managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Good organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate with Business, IT and management stakeholders .
- Autonomous, proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Professional English proficiency (spoken and written) – mandatory.

Valued:

- Experience with Power BI .
- Knowledge of IT Asset Management (ITAM) .
- Experience in large international organizations.
- Familiarity with IT governance frameworks and processes .
- Experience creating user guides and operational documentation.
