About this role
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Technical (General) with strong Low Voltage (LV) Systems experience to join our team in the UAE.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in LV electrical systems maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and technical operations, along with the ability to lead and support maintenance activities across different environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair LV electrical systems, power distribution, and control systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of LV equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and LV panel issues and implement corrective actions.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and applicable electrical standards.
- Assist with testing and commissioning of LV systems.
- Monitor system performance and respond to emergency breakdowns and service calls.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and technical reports.
- Support other MEP maintenance activities when required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or ITI in Electronics, Electrical, or E&I.
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in LV systems maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of LV panels, electrical distribution, and control systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Knowledge of electrical safety procedures and standards.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, BMS, or general maintenance will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with MS Office, Honeywell DDC Engineering Software, and Rockwell Engineering Software.
- Basic understanding of programming concepts.
- Physically fit and comfortable working onsite across different environments, with frequent travel as required.
