YOUR ROLE
Provide L3 production support for Mendix applications, ensuring incident resolution, platform stability, performance optimization and continuous improvement of business-critical solutions.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong experience with Mendix application support and maintenance in production environments
- Solid knowledge of Microflows, Domain Modelling, Security and User Role Management
- Experience with REST and SOAP integrations
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging and performance analysis skills
- Experience working with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
- Understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and production support processes
- Experience within Application Managed Services (AMS) environments
- Knowledge of Incident Management, SLAs and prioritisation models (P1-P4)
- Ability to balance rapid incident resolution with long-term application stability and platform reliability
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hybrid-Model: 2 times a week in the Capgemini Offices
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
NICE TO HAVE
- Mendix Certifications (Rapid, Intermediate or Advanced)
- Experience in Manufacturing, Quality, Finance or other regulated environments
- Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (SSO, IAM and certificates)
- French language skills
