We are looking for a Team Leader, Housekeeping to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

In this position, you will lead and coordinate the Housekeeping team responsible for maintaining luxury residences, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort and presentation across private and shared spaces. You will uphold the resort’s service standards while ensuring that each residence meets the needs and expectations of its guests and residents.

Responsibilities

- Lead, supervise and support the Housekeeping team across assigned residences and areas of responsibility.
- Assign daily tasks and ensure cleaning schedules are completed efficiently and on time, prioritizing arrivals, departures and stayovers.
- Inspect residences and shared areas after cleaning to ensure quality and attention to detail. Record findings, follow up on corrective actions and communicate residence readiness.
- Report maintenance issues, damage or missing items promptly to the relevant department, keeping the supervisor informed and following up on resolution.
- Support the training of new Housekeeping team members and provide ongoing guidance on the job.
- Monitor cleaning supply levels and request replenishment when needed.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and privacy standards, including residence access procedures and key management.
- Coordinate with the Front Office team and Club Managers to prepare residences for guest and owner arrivals, including VIPs, and accommodate special requests.

Requirements

- A certification in Housekeeping or a relevant training program will be considered an advantage.
- 2–5 years of experience in Housekeeping within a luxury hotel or resort.
- Proven experience in supervising and training Housekeeping teams.
- Experience in the cleaning and care of luxury residences.
- Strong knowledge of luxury housekeeping standards, attention to detail and sustainable practices.
- Good knowledge of hygiene and safety standards in hospitality.
- Strong leadership, organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent guest service, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make decisions, resolve operational issues and handle guest complaints professionally.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, last-minute requests and high occupancy periods.
