As an Air Gateway Specialist Export, you play a central role in coordinating export consolidations through our gateway network. By balancing capacity, service requirements and operational efficiency, you ensure that shipments move smoothly through our global air freight network while meeting customer expectations, airline requirements and operational standards.

## How you create impact

- Plan and coordinate export air freight consolidations to ensure efficient and profitable gateway operations
- Manage allocated and spot capacity while ensuring service commitments and carrier requirements are met
- Coordinate closely with airlines, handlers, carriers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth cargo flow and timely departures
- Monitor shipment priorities, cut-off times and special handling requirements to ensure operational excellence
- Maintain compliance with security, safety and regulatory standards across all export activities
- Support the continuous improvement of gateway processes and contribute to the development of our global gateway network

## What we would like you to bring

- Experience in freight forwarding, ideally within air freight
- Knowledge of air freight operations, consolidation planning, capacity management or transport planning is an advantage
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to take ownership in a fast-paced and time-critical environment
- Resilience and a solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and partners
- Fluent English skills; Dutch is an advantage
