Senior Engineer Design For Test (DFT)

Join our team in Hanoi as a DFT Engineer and take ownership of DFT implementation and verification for microcontroller products. You will work hands-on with Scan, ATPG, LBIST, and MBIST, supporting the journey from RTL and gate-level implementation through silicon bring-up and production.

Your role Key responsibilities in your new role

- Own the implementation and verification of DFT logic at both RTL and gate level for microcontroller products.
- Independently execute and debug key DFT activities, including Scan, ATPG, LBIST, and MBIST.
- Verify DFT implementation, analyze coverage and testability issues, and ensure high-quality test pattern generation and delivery for production testing.
- Drive DFT flow automation to improve implementation efficiency, quality, robustness, and repeatability.
- Work closely with DFT methodology, design, verification, physical design, and product/test engineering teams to resolve implementation and testability issues.
- Support silicon bring-up and production test debugging, including the analysis and stabilization of test patterns from first silicon through production.
- Identify technical gaps and drive continuous improvement of DFT methodologies, flows, and implementation practices.
- Take technical ownership of assigned DFT topics, working independently from specification and implementation through verification and production release.

Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

- Bachelor's Degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in DFT, with hands-on experience in relevant DFT flows and tools.
- Hands-on experience with RTL design and verification.
- Practical experience with scan implementation and ATPG.
- Very good understanding of the digital design flow, from specification through silicon debugging.
- Good knowledge of Tcl and Python.
- Very good English communication skills.
