Tasks You will work directly with the founders on high-priority strategic and operational initiatives, taking projects from research through to execution. You will conduct market, customer, and competitive research, and turn findings into clear recommendations, presentations, and business cases. You will improve company operations, coordinate stakeholders, and build systems and workflows that help the organisation scale. Requirements You can meet the location and working-arrangement expectations for this role. You have a high-agency builder mindset, with proven domain expertise and the drive to take extreme end-to-end ownership. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
