• Support engagement with external counterparts on assigned initiatives, including consultant working teams and acquired or target company integration counterparts, under the direction of the Manager, Transformation & Integration.

• Prepare governance materials, progress reports, risk and issue logs, and escalation inputs for steering committees and integration management offices (IMOs), ensuring assigned initiatives feed accurately into the broader Transformation & Integration portfolio reporting.

• Perform quantitative analysis of operational efficiency and synergy opportunities on assigned transformation and integration initiatives, identifying, sizing, and validating quantifiable performance and value targets that inform Transformation & Integration business cases and prioritisation under the direction of the Manager, Transformation & Integration.
• Track and report synergy and value realisation on assigned initiatives, maintaining baselines, monitoring delivery against agreed targets, and flagging variances to the Manager, Transformation & Integration.
• Develop detailed workplans, deliverables, and supporting artefacts, including target operating model inputs and implementation plans, that translate validated value targets into executable activities, and drive execution of assigned workstreams by managing day-to-day activities, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and benefits realisation against agreed KPIs, escalating to the Manager, Transformation & Integration as required.
• Apply change management, stakeholder engagement, and communication practices at initiative level to support adoption, embed new ways of working, and contribute to delivery outcomes across L&S and integrated subsidiaries.

Innovation & Industry Trends
• Research emerging trends, tools, and leading practices in transformation, integration, and digital enablement relevant to the logistics, shipping, and energy sectors.
• Identify and propose opportunities to apply new methodologies, automation, or analytics to accelerate delivery and outcomes on assigned initiatives.
• Contribute to building and improving the Transformation & Integration function's delivery toolkit and internal knowledge base, capturing lessons learned, reusable templates, and good practices from completed workstreams.
