You will combine deep application engineering expertise, architecture, hands-on development, and customer consulting to translate complex business requirements into secure, scalable, resilient, and production-ready solutions.</span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span>You will lead complex technical workstreams and collaborate with customer engineering teams to </span><span>modernize enterprise applications, integrate Generative AI capabilities, and build intelligent applications and AI agents</span><span>. You will apply AI-native software engineering practices, including copilots, agents, reusable skills, orchestration, APIs, cloud-native architectures, and modern DevOps practices to accelerate engineering productivity and business value.</span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span>As an experience individual contributor, you will provide technical leadership across the application lifecycle, from architecture and design through development, modernization, deployment, productionization, optimization, and adoption. application modernization and AI transformation solutions using cloud-native architectures, modern engineering practices, and Microsoft technologies.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span>Build AI-powered applications:</span><span> Design and engineer applications incorporating Generative AI, RAG, enterprise knowledge, intelligent search, APIs, and AI services.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span>Build Agentic AI solutions:</span><span> Design and implement enterprise agents, multi-agent workflows, reusable skills, tool integrations, grounding, orchestration, and human-in-the-loop patterns.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span>Drive cloud-native engineering:</span><span> Design scalable application architectures using APIs, microservices, containers, serverless technologies, integration services, and Qualifications</span><span> </span></p></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span>Bachelor's degree in </span><span>Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field</span><span> AND </span><span>6+ years of relevant software engineering, application architecture, cloud development, technical consulting, or technology delivery experience</span><span>, OR equivalent experience.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span>Strong experience designing and delivering </span><span>enterprise applications, cloud-native solutions, application modernization, or AI-powered applications</span><span>.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span>Hands-on software engineering experience using </span><span>C#, .NET, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and/or other modern development languages and frameworks</span><span>.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span>Experience with modern application architecture patterns including </span><span>APIs, microservices, containers, serverless, integration, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native development</span><span>.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span>Experience designing or developing </span><span>Generative AI or Agentic AI solutions</span><span>, including RAG, tool/function calling, grounding, including </span><span>Git, GitHub, CI/CD, DevOps, automated testing, Infrastructure as Code, and secure software development</span><span>.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul delivering </span><span>enterprise-scale Generative AI or Agentic AI applications</span><span>, including multi-agent solutions, enterprise knowledge integration, or intelligent process
