Job Description

About the Role

As an Integrated Campaign & ABM Specialist, you’ll help shape how Sprinklr engages priority audiences and enterprise accounts. You’ll turn audience insight, account intelligence, and business priorities into connected experiences that build engagement, support pipeline progression, and create opportunities for account growth. This is a hands-on role for a B2B marketer who can move confidently between strategy and execution, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and translate performance signals into clear action.

What Success Looks Like

Success means delivering campaigns that feel like one connected experience rather than a collection of channel activities. Your programs help account teams understand where engagement is building, which buying-group members matter, and what action to take next. You’ll be known for reliable execution, clear communication, strong partnership, and the ability to turn performance signals into better decisions.

What You’ll Do

- Plan and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns from brief and audience strategy through launch, optimization, and performance reporting.

- Build campaign journeys across email, content, webinars, virtual events, paid media, social, web, executive engagement, and sales-assisted outreach.

- Execute 1:1, 1: Few, ABM programs for priority accounts, industries, segments, and buying groups.

- Develop campaign briefs, audience definitions, messaging frameworks, content requirements, channel plans, project timelines, and stakeholder updates.

- Coordinate the creation of account- and persona-relevant assets, including landing pages, emails, sales plays, executive invitations, one-pagers, and digital experiences.

- Manage campaign operations with strong attention to quality, governance, dependencies, budgets, agencies, and launch readiness.

- Monitor engagement, buying-group coverage, conversion, pipeline progression, sourced and influenced pipeline, and account outcomes; translate findings into optimization actions.

- Identify opportunities to challenge established campaign practices, test new engagement approaches, and convert successful experiments into repeatable programs.
- Use AI thoughtfully to accelerate research, personalization, content workflows, and performance analysis while protecting quality, accuracy, customer trust, and brand standards.

What Makes You Qualified

- 5–7 years of experience in B2B integrated marketing, demand generation, account-based marketing, campaign management, or a related discipline; enterprise SaaS experience is strongly preferred.

- Working knowledge of 1:1, 1: Few ABM motions, buying groups, persona-led journeys, account research, and relevant account-specific experiences.

- Experience partnering with Sales and cross-functional marketing teams in a matrixed, global environment.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs, stakeholders, deadlines, and dependencies.

- Analytical fluency across engagement, conversion, funnel, pipeline, and account-level performance metrics.

- Clear written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail, and the ability to turn complex inputs into actionable plans.

- Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, campaign analytics, paid media, webinar, and project-management platforms.

- Familiarity with ABM and intent platforms such as 6sense, Demandbase, or Terminus is preferred; comparable account intelligence experience is welcome.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.

What You’ll Help Achieve

In your first year, you’ll help establish a dependable, insight-led campaign and ABM operating rhythm that improves account engagement, strengthens Sales partnership, and connects marketing activity to measurable business progress.

- Consistently deliver integrated campaigns and ABM plays against agreed briefs, milestones, quality standards, and business priorities.

- Improve engagement and buying-group coverage across priority audiences and accounts.

- Create a dependable operating rhythm with Sales and partner teams, including clear targeting, activation, follow-up, and feedback loops.

- Provide actionable reporting that connects campaign activity to funnel progression, pipeline, and account outcomes.

- Build reusable playbooks, templates, and learnings that improve campaign quality and scal e.
