Mac Haik Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Georgetown proudly serves the greater Austin area with quality new and pre-owned vehicles. Our service department is growing, and we are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Express Lane Advisor to support our high-volume maintenance lane.

The Express Lane Advisor is responsible for greeting customers, writing repair orders for routine maintenance services (oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, etc.), recommending manufacturer-recommended services, and ensuring a fast, smooth, and positive service experience.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers promptly and professionally in the express service drive

- Open and manage repair orders for maintenance services

- Recommend factory-recommended maintenance based on mileage and vehicle condition

- Communicate clearly with technicians regarding service needs

- Provide accurate time and cost estimates

- Obtain customer approvals for additional services

- Monitor vehicle progress to ensure timely completion

- Deliver completed vehicles and review services performed

- Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores

- Meet individual and department performance goals

- Maintain accurate documentation and follow dealership processes

- Adhere to consistent and reliable work schedule

- Complete required company training

- Uphold the Mac Haik Automotive Group brand with professionalism and integrity

- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

- Previous automotive service advising, retail, or customer service experience preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Sales or upselling experience preferred

- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, inspections)

- Comfortable using computer systems and dealership software

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record

- Successful completion of pre-employment screening

- Authorization to work in the United States
