What You'll Do:

- Follow all safety guidelines and participate as fully empowered team member. Report unsafe activities or machine conditions to the supervisor. Assist supervisor with providing PPE.
- Must perform all jobs in the department and function and may serve as the subject matter expert for the department.
- Maintain flow of work and ensure adequate materials are stocked to keep associates working.
- Maintain workflow by ensuring repairs / rework process is timely.
- Collaborate with supervisor to develop solutions to resolve any department issues.
- Maintain and clean assigned work area and ensure area is clear of rework and scrap materials and is clear of unnecessary items.
- May provide training to new associates as needed.
- Work on special projects as assigned by supervisor.

What You'll Need:

- Two years of manufacturing experience desired.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, procedures manual, and to comprehend basic instructions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, co-workers, and other personnel.
