About this role

sensmore is a Berlin/Potsdam-based robotics startup delivering production-proven automation for industries where the world’s raw materials are extracted, moved, and processed. Its automation system transforms heavy machines into intelligent, automated robots powered by Physical AI and vertically integrates them into the full production environment: from the machine and safety infrastructure to network infrastructure, site processes, and operational interfaces.

Co-developed with customers, sensmore is backed by Point Nine Capital, leading industry investors, the State of Brandenburg, and the European Union.

Responsibilities

Robot Operation & Safety Supervision:
Operate and supervise our autonomous machines during training and testing sessions, mainly remotely from the office and occasionally on site. Act as the safety supervisor, monitoring every run closely and stepping in when something doesn’t look right.

Readiness Checks & Documentation:
Complete pre-operation checklists to confirm each machine is safe and ready to run. Keep clear, accurate records of sessions, incidents and anomalies.

Technical Troubleshooting:
Monitor systems during operation, carry out first-line checks and collect the data our engineers need. Escalate issues with concise, well-structured reports.

Testing Support:
Help run test sessions, log results and feed your observations back to the engineering team to improve machine performance and test procedures.
