Talent Acquisition Specialist, EMEA (6-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

Location: Remote, with flexibility to work across US, Latin American, and Asian time zones as required.

Contract type: Full-time, a six-month fixed-term contract. Depending on business needs and circumstances, the contract may be renewed or extended; however, renewal is not guaranteed.

We’re looking for someone who gets their energy from discovering exceptional talent, building genuine connections, and helping scale remote teams, while keeping a sharp, analytical focus on how hiring quality drives business success.

This is a six-month fixed-term opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership and making an impact. You’ll manage full-cycle recruitment across both technical and non-technical roles, partnering with teams across EMEA to attract, engage, and secure the right talent.

You won’t be a solo operator. You’ll collaborate closely with Hiring Managers, People Operations, and Department Leads, bringing teams together to ensure consistency, momentum, and an exceptional hiring experience.

Where Responsibility Meets Real Opportunity…

- Drive Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own end-to-end recruitment across EMEA for a variety of technical roles (Engineering, Product) and non-technical roles (Sales, Operations, Marketing, and other business functions).
- Source Exceptional Talent: Leverage creative sourcing strategies, AI-powered search tools, and direct outreach to identify and engage high-quality talent across EMEA markets, including passive candidates.
- Elevate Candidate Experience: Deliver a fast, transparent, and engaging recruitment process that makes candidates feel valued and gives them a positive impression of WorkMotion.
- Partner with Hiring Managers: Act as a trusted recruitment partner, advising hiring managers on talent availability, salary benchmarks, market trends, and sourcing strategies.
- Manage Recruitment Priorities: Balance multiple requisitions, maintain momentum across hiring processes, and ensure timely communication and follow-up with candidates and stakeholders.
- Optimize Talent Acquisition: Use recruitment data and conversion metrics to identify opportunities, improve time-to-hire, and continuously refine our hiring practices.
- Champion Diversity & Inclusion: Promote inclusive sourcing strategies and fair evaluation standards throughout every stage of the recruitment process.

What It Takes to Make an Impact Here…

- 3+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, with hands-on recruitment experience across both technical and non-technical roles, ideally within EMEA.
- Exceptional organization, prioritization, and time-management skills, with a high sense of urgency and the ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously.
- Solid practical understanding of ATS platforms , ideally Workable , and experience collaborating through Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Proficiency in AI-powered recruitment tools (e.g. ChatGPT/Claude) to improve sourcing, productivity, and candidate communication.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills , with the ability to guide hiring managers towards timely and well-informed hiring decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills , with the ability to build rapport, engage candidates, and communicate clearly across fully remote teams.
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accurate candidate records, clear communication, consistent follow-up, and a well-managed recruitment process.
- Fluent English (written and spoken), with strong conversational skills and active listening abilities.

Bonus Points If You Bring…

- Experience recruiting within the HR-tech, SaaS, or Employer of Record (EOR) sectors .
- Good knowledge of international labour market dynamics, compensation standards, and remote-first candidate preferences.
