We are looking for a PR Intern to support Muuto’s global PR and brand activities and provide practical support to Channel Marketing. You will gain hands-on experience in branding, communication, press relations, and marketing support within an international design company. The internship starts as soon as possible, ideally for a period of six months or longer.

Working closely with the Global PR Manager and colleagues across the organization, you will help build awareness of Muuto and bring our designs and stories to the press and audiences across international markets. You will also assist the Channel Marketing team with defined tasks, helping keep presentations, marketing materials, and digital platforms up to date.

The ideal candidate

You are curious, structured, and proactive, with an interest in PR, communication, design, and interiors. You are eager to learn how PR works within a large international design company, from shaping stories and building brand awareness to supporting press relations and events.

You enjoy organizing and collaborating, and are happy to help with practical tasks. You bring attention to detail, a service-minded approach, and a willingness to learn while supporting several activities at the same time.

Your key responsibilities

As our PR Intern, you will support the Global PR Manager with daily coordination and execution and support the Channel Marketing team. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Support PR communication, including drafting and distributing press releases.
- Assist with press loans, influencer gifting, and contact updates.
- Support monthly PR tracking and KPI reporting.
- Help coordinate PR events, fairs, press meetings, and influencer activities.
- Keep PR materials and tools organized and up to date, and assist with ad hoc PR projects.
- Help update sales presentations and marketing materials using existing templates.
- Maintain marketing content and assets across digital platforms and support smaller Channel Marketing projects.

Your profile

- An interest in PR, communication, and brand marketing, supported by relevant studies or practical experience.
- A structured and detail-oriented approach, with good organizational skills and an ability to follow up on tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A proactive, service-minded attitude and confidence communicating with internal and external contacts.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to help with practical coordination and event support.
- Confidence working with presentations, documents, and spreadsheets.
- Curiosity, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work independently on clearly defined tasks.
- An interest in design, interiors, lifestyle media, and influencer relations.
