About this role

As Senior Corporate Counsel at Google, you aren't just facilitating transactions; you are a primary legal architect for the physical infrastructure that makes the AI revolution possible. In this role, you will navigate the high-stakes legal frontier of hyperscale data center development, where disruptive technological demands require creative, proactive, and industrially scaled legal guidance. You will be part of a sophisticated group of in-house lawyers working on projects that test you to think beyond traditional real estate frameworks.
You will lead cross-functional initiatives, partnering with technical engineers, energy teams, and finance, to assess legal risks and drive the end-to-end lifecycle of Google’s global infrastructure. From the acquisition of AI-ready sites and the complex construction of next-generation facilities to the long-term management of these mission-critical assets, your work is the foundation for every Google product.
