JOB SUMMARY:
A Parts & Accessory Sales Specialist assists customers with the customization of their ride. They’re job is to sell parts & accessories to customers with new & used rides in-store, online & over the phone. They work with customers, and the sales & service department to provide the correct parts & accessories.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sell Parts & Accessories to Customers In-Store, Online & Over the Phone
- Answer phone calls & provide price quotes
- Works with the Sales, Service & Parts Department
- Cashier for Parts / Accessory Counter
- Plan Sales/Promotions for Parts & Accessories & keeps up to date on manufacturer promo’s
- Creatively displays Parts & Accessories in the Showroom with Signage to increase sales
- Monitor Parts & Accessory Inventory - Promote Aged Inventory & Overstock
SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE:
- Understands basic engine and electrical operations to assist customers properly
- Computer Skills
- Excellent Customer Service
- Experience in Sales
- Outstanding Attention to Detail & Organization
- Highly motivated and willing to take initiative
- Ability to multi-task while being courteous and positive
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, honest and enthusiastic and an Excellent TEAM player

Tues/Thurs/Fri: 8am-5pm
Wed: 8am-6pm
Sat: 9am-2pm
