Machine Operator / Material Handler (2nd Shift)
Pay: $17.82 / hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

About the Role
Looking for a dependable, active role with a steady schedule and your weekends free? We are looking for an energetic Machine Operator / Material Handler to join our Jessup production team.
In this role, you’ll keep our lines moving by operating bore equipment, handling lightweight Styrofoam materials, and using simple scanner tech to route inventory. If you enjoy hands-on work, staying on your feet, and working within a supportive team environment, this is a great fit.
What You’ll Do:
Keep Lines Running: Set up and operate hole-boring equipment while handling and organizing Styrofoam rolls to feed production.
Scan & Track: Use handheld RF barcode scanners to log material movements and maintain accurate product counts.
Organize & Stage: Verify product labels to match materials with the right production lines and staging containers.
Stay Active: Move, sort, and stack finished materials safely to maintain an organized and hazard-free workspace.
Maintain Quality: Perform quick visual checks to catch defects and ensure every batch meets quality standards.
Experience Required:
Ability to read numbers, SKUs, and match inventory tags accurately.
Familiarity with (or willingness to quickly learn) handheld RF scanners.
Prior warehouse, manufacturing, or machine operation experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate!
