Financial Controlling Finance Business Partner MENAT

In this hybrid role, you'll be at the forefront of managing regional tax and compliance, intercompany transactions, and financial processes. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

- Managing regional tax and compliance : Manage all tax calculations, including deferred and current income tax, VAT, and withholding tax, ensuring timely and accurate submissions to relevant tax authorities. Provide tax-related analysis and insight.

- Leading external audit preparation : Take ownership of preparing and coordinating external audits for the MENAT region, ensuring timely and accurate documentation to achieve all external audit requirements.

- Accountable for month-end and year-end financial processes : Drive month-end activities such as FX valuations, balance sheet reconciliations, and sharing intercompany details with FP&A. Ensure accurate financial reporting by coordinating year-end processes, accruals, and provisions for the MENAT region.

- Providing financial insights and reporting : Share financial performance data, including profit margin calculations, cost of goods sold (COGS), and balance sheet flux with FP&A. Support the broader organization by providing valuable insights and analysis for decision-making.

We’re Looking for Someone With

- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, with a minimum of 1–2 years of previous audit experience.

- Solid understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow, with the ability to interpret financial results and identify key movements.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills, combined with attention to detail and the ability to deliver accurately under pressure.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP, with confidence working with financial data, reconciliations, reporting, and accounting processes. Excel and SAP expertise are also commonly requested across current financial controlling positions.
