About the client’s company:
Fast-growing HealthTech company creating multiple products at the intersection of wellness and artificial intelligence. Their mission is to make self-optimization and well-being accessible to everyone through cutting-edge technology. Their most recognized product is Ultiself , a mobile habit tracker used by thousands of people worldwide.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Owner to drive the development and growth of Ultiself ’s expanding product ecosystem. This role requires a visionary leader with strong product management expertise, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a passion for building impactful digital health and wellness products.
The ideal candidate will combine a data-driven mindset with creativity and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where multiple projects are being developed in parallel. Experience with health, wellness, or lifestyle-related products will be a strong advantage.
This role requires a visionary leader with exceptional analytical skills, strong product management expertise, and fluency in English.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product strategy for Ultiself’s platform and individual projects, aligning them with company goals and user needs.
- Develop and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and improvements based on business impact, health/wellness trends, and user feedback.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (development, design, marketing, QA) to deliver high-quality product experiences.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Oversee product development cycles, ensuring timely delivery, high performance, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor KPIs (engagement, retention, conversion, health impact) and optimize product functionality to maximize value for users.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparency, alignment, and clear communication across teams.
- Stay updated on the latest health, AI, and technology trends to ensure Ultiself maintains a competitive edge.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role (3+ years preferred).
- Experience in AI, technology, health/wellness, or lifestyle digital products is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid leadership and project management abilities.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into actionable product strategies.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product backlog management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for health, self-improvement, and creating products that positively impact people’s lives.
