Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dependable, mechanically inclined Entry-Level Machine Operator to assist with production. This position is ideal for candidates with previous machine operating experience, basic mechanical skills, and a willingness to learn. Candidates who have performed basic maintenance on their own vehicles, such as oil changes, or have experience working with tools and machinery are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery.
- Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and routine maintenance as trained.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Identify and report machine issues or production defects.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Stand and remain active throughout the entire shift while meeting production goals.
Requirements
- Previous machine operating experience preferred.
- Mechanically inclined with an interest in equipment and tools.
- Basic mechanical maintenance experience, such as performing oil changes, is a plus.
- Ability to stand for the entire shift and perform repetitive tasks.
- Reliable, attentive to detail, and willing to learn.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred but not required.
Compensation: $16–$18.50 per hour, depending on shift and experience.
