A taste of what you’ll do

As a Product Owner , you will play a key role in the development and continuous improvement of Immense Group's iGaming platforms across multiple brands and regulated markets.

Working closely with development teams, business stakeholders and external technology providers, you will translate business requirements into clear development tasks, manage priorities and drive initiatives from initial requirements through to successful delivery.

AI adoption is a fundamental expectation of this role. We are looking for individuals who actively embrace AI tools, incorporate them into their daily workflows and continuously explore opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency and the quality of their work.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Own and prioritise the product development backlog in line with business objectives.

- Gather requirements and translate them into clear epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.

- Collaborate with developers, QA and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.

- Proactively manage dependencies, blockers and delivery commitments.

- Coordinate testing, stakeholder validation and release readiness.

- Maintain accurate Jira tickets, documentation and progress updates.

- Actively use company-approved AI tools, including Claude, to improve productivity, documentation and delivery efficiency.

- Leverage AI for research, analysis, problem-solving and repetitive tasks.

- Identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and workflow improvements.

- Explore emerging AI capabilities and share effective practices with the wider team.

- Validate AI-generated outputs, ensuring accuracy, security and compliance.

- Support the development and enhancement of functionality across assigned iGaming product domains.

- Coordinate technical requirements, APIs and integrations with internal teams and external providers.

- Support new product features, platform improvements and regulated market launches.

- Act as the main Product contact for assigned initiatives, ensuring effective communication between stakeholders.

- Proactively follow up on requirements, outstanding actions and external dependencies.

- Communicate delivery progress, risks and blockers, escalating issues where necessary.

- Work closely with Compliance to ensure regulatory requirements are captured and implemented.

- Support regulatory testing, certification and market-specific functionality.

- Ensure delivered functionality meets agreed requirements and quality standards.

Who and what we are after?

Essential:

- Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably within the iGaming industry.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, backlog management and software development processes.

- Experience writing clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.

- Proficiency in Jira or similar project management tools.

- Good technical understanding of APIs, integrations and platform functionality.

- Practical experience using AI tools to improve productivity, analysis and workflows.

- Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently, manage priorities and take ownership of delivery.

- Proactive mindset with a willingness to challenge traditional ways of working and embrace innovation.

Desirable:

- Experience in Casino, Sportsbook, Bonusing or Regulatory Reporting.

- Knowledge of regulated iGaming markets and compliance requirements.

- Experience working with third-party providers, integrations and market launches.

- Familiarity with AI automation, agent-based workflows and enterprise integrations.

- Product Owner or Agile certifications (PSPO, CSPO or equivalent).
