About this role
The Downhole Tool Assistant is responsible for the coordination, performance, QAQC and execution of Fortress processes and procedures related to the Downhole Tool product line. The Downhole Tool Assistant is responsible for ensuring that the quality of the Fortress supplied products meets or exceeds the customer’s requirements and maintains the standard of excellence established by Fortress Downhole Tools.
- Downhole tool experience is preferred but not required
- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, shop, etc. is a bonus
- Working knowledge of Windows 10 OS, Microsoft Office and Prophet 21 ERP
- Available to work weekends and holidays as needed to support customer field operations
- Previous forklift training is a bonus
- Proficiency with basic hand tools
- Ability to lift a minimum of 75 lbs
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
