Paid training, no experience needed
Delorie Countertops & Doors has been a family-owned business in South Florida since 1999. We're hiring a dependable helper for our Pompano Beach installation team. You'll work with an experienced Lead Installer and get paid while you learn to install custom countertops.
If you work in labor, landscaping, moving, or a warehouse and want a real trade with room to grow, this job is for you.
What you get
- $16–$20 per hour, based on experience
- Paid on-the-job training
- Full-time, year-round, Monday to Friday
- 9 paid holidays after 90 days
- 5 vacation days and 3 sick days after 1 year, and 10 vacation days after 2 years
- A path to Installer and then Lead Installer
What you'll do
- Help install countertops in homes and businesses
- Load, carry, and set materials
- Help measure, level, and secure tops
- Protect the customer's home and keep the job site clean
What we need
- Show up on time, every day
- Willing to learn and follow directions
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs and stay on your feet all day
- Driver's license preferred
