Associate - Marketing

Associate - Marketing | MAF Retail | Head Office Uganda

ROLE SUMMARY
The Associate - Marketing is responsible to drive effective marketing and loyalty initiatives that enhance brand awareness, customer engagement and retention while supporting the achievement of business objectives.

ROLE PROFILE

- Marketing Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of marketing operations, including campaign execution, budget management, vendor relationships, and performance tracking.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as sales KPIs, customer engagement, and ROI, to identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing strategies.
- Coordination of Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives (RUYB).
- Partnership Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with Partners negotiating contracts and terms to secure favorable agreements and enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Campaign Coordination: Coordinate the planning and execution of advertising campaigns, promotional events, and other marketing activities to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, providing comprehensive insights into marketing performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure that all Loyalty Marketing artwork is well distributed across the stores.
- Monitor, control and manage the loyalty programs to meet customer expectations and Company goals.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or relevant .
- 3+ years in a similar position .
- Experienced in verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
- Strong in process management and planning .
- Highly organised with strong multitasking skills and close attention to detail .
- English (Full professional proficiency - Required) .
