Full Pay Range: $16.65 to $22.52
Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.
Full-Time 2nd Shift Custodian – La Crosse, WI
Looking for a hands-on role where you can stay active, work independently, and take pride in the work you do? Join our Campus Administration/Environmental Services team and help keep our La Crosse campus clean, safe, and welcoming. Uniforms are provided.
No previous custodial experience? That’s okay! While experience is helpful, it is not required. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, takes pride in their work, and is willing to learn.
What You’ll Do:
Each shift may look a little different depending on the needs of our campus. Your responsibilities will include:
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, common areas, offices, and other campus spaces
- Vacuum, dust, wash, and clean a variety of surfaces
- Empty trash and recycling and refill dispensers
- Operate cleaning and sanitation equipment
- Assist with light maintenance and seasonal projects
- Travel between buildings throughout the La Crosse campus
- Help wherever needed to keep our facilities looking their best
What We’re Looking For:
Looking for someone who is dependable, safety-minded, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and staying active throughout the shift
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Willing to learn and follow cleaning, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Comfortable using basic computer and email functions
- Valid driver’s license
Schedule & Pay:
Sunday: 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM and Monday – Thursday: 4:30 PM – 12:30 AM
Starting pay: $18.50/hour / +$2.00/hour 2nd shift premium / +$2.00/hour weekend premium
Monday – Friday: 5:30PM – 12:30AM
Starting pay: $19.50/hour / +$2.00/hour 2nd shift premium / +$2.00/hour weekend premium
Sign-On Bonus: $1,500
