In this hands-on role, you’ll keep coatings products and supplies moving from incoming deliveries to outgoing shipments. You’ll receive and organize inventory, pick orders, and prepare shipments. Requirements

What you’ll do: Keep products moving and orders accurate

- Put safety first by following all company safety regulations.
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming products in their assigned locations.
- Organize stock and maintain inventory so products are easy to locate.
- Maintain warehouse equipment and work areas.
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized each day.
- Pick customer orders accurately from designated bin locations.
- Stage customer orders for shipment to keep deliveries moving.
- Maintain and rotate stock on warehouse shelving.
- Must be licensed to operate vehicle in accordance with state and federal law
- Must have acceptable driving record from DMV/MTO

- Proven warehouse experience receiving, organizing, and handling inventory.
- Ability to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment

- Initiative to stay engaged, follow directions, and complete assigned tasks safely and accurately.
- Ability to lift or move heavy product

Physical Requirements

- This is an active, physically demanding warehouse position
- The work involves walking and standing on concrete or other hard surfaces for periods of 2.5 to 8 hours
- Regularly lifting and carrying up to 55 pounds and occasionally more than 55 pounds
- Reaching, twisting, bending, kneeling, and climbing a ladder while carrying product
- The position requires operating a forklift and/or order picker
- Work takes place in fluctuating temperatures and environmental conditions
