Position Summary
The LPN Full-Time role supports safe, high-quality resident care by delivering hands-on nursing services and ensuring accurate clinical coordination across the shift (7a–7p or 7p–7a) in Meridian, Mississippi.
Key responsibilities include administering ordered treatments and medications; completing admission and ongoing assessments with timely documentation; contributing to individualized care plans; supervising and coaching CNAs (including input into evaluations); and coordinating quality initiatives such as the Falls and Pressure Sore Programs.
Required qualifications/skills:
- Active Mississippi LPN license in good standing
- Skilled Nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred
- Strong clinical documentation, organization, and patient-centered communication
- Consistent attention to safety, integrity, and service excellence

Shift Snapshot
You will begin by receiving report, reviewing new orders, and prioritizing resident needs for the shift. Throughout the day or night, you will move between resident rooms and the nurses station, confirming care priorities, communicating updates with the interdisciplinary team, and ensuring documentation is completed in real time. You will provide guidance to CNAs, respond to changes in condition, and coordinate next steps with the appropriate clinical contacts. The shift concludes with a thorough handoff to the oncoming team to maintain continuity of care and a consistent resident experience.
