PruittHealth is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead the operations of our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. What You'll Do

• Oversee all facility operations to ensure exceptional resident care and regulatory compliance.

• Lead interdisciplinary teams to achieve clinical, operational, financial, and customer service goals.

• Manage budgeting, financial performance, census growth, and expense control.

• Promote a culture of quality, safety, accountability, and resident-centered care.

• Drive survey readiness, quality outcomes, infection prevention, and risk management initiatives.

• Support employee recruitment, retention, engagement, and professional development.

• Build strong relationships with residents, families, referral sources, physicians, and community partners.

• Lead Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) efforts to enhance outcomes and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Required

• Current Nursing Home Administrator license in the state of practice.

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field.

• Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.

• Strong leadership, communication, financial management, and organizational skills.

Preferred

• Previous Licensed Nursing Home Administrator experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.

• Experience with regulatory surveys, quality improvement initiatives, and census development.

• Master's degree in a related field.

• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Administration or related fields is required

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED : As a minimum, two (2) years’ experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital or long-term care Nursing Center. Should possess a working knowledge of long-term care operational standards set forth in the Federal Register, Requirements of Participation and state or federal regulations

MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW : Must be Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the state in which the facility is located

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS : (Preferred qualifications)

Master’s Degree in related field preferred
