DevOps Engineer, Senior

Your Role

The Digital Platform team creates and maintains the foundation and features upon which Stellarus Digital Applications’ technical products are built . The DevOps Engineer, Senior will report to the Senior Manager, Digital Platform as your direct manager. In this role you will design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines.

Your Knowledge and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- 5 years of prior relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, CI/CD architecture, automation, and release engineering practices.
- Experience implementing infrastructure - as - code, configuration management, and automated environment provisioning for complex applications.
- Experience resolving complex deployment, production, performance, or reliability issues through root cause analysis and corrective action.
- Knowledge of observability, monitoring, alerting, disaster recovery readiness, and service reliability practices.
- Experience embedding security, access, vulnerability, and compliance controls into infrastructure and deployment pipelines.

Preferred Knowledge & Experience:

- Advanced experience with Azure or other major cloud platforms in regulated or enterprise environments.
- Experience with Kubernetes, container platforms, microservices, API gateways, or distributed systems.
- Experience mentoring engineers or promoting DevOps standards, patterns, and best practices across teams.
- Relevant certification such as Azure DevOps Engineer, AWS DevOps Engineer, Kubernetes CKA, or comparable certification.
