At Genesys, empathy shapes how we collaborate and how we help organizations build stronger customer relationships, and your judgment, discretion, and ability to bring people together will directly support that mission.

The role provides meaningful exposure to enterprise priorities and senior leadership, creating opportunities to deepen executive partnership, operational leadership, and organizational influence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage global travel planning and detailed itineraries, anticipating logistical requirements and adapting quickly when plans change
- Oversee expense reporting and monthly credit card reconciliation, ensuring timely and accurate administration
- Drive ad hoc projects and operational priorities for the Solution Consulting organization, tracking actions, dependencies, and issues through resolution
- Implement and interpret administrative policies and procedures, helping ensure consistent and effective execution
- Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment across departmental, divisional, and organizational priorities

Required Qualifications:

- 8+ years of corporate experience as an Executive Assistant, including significant experience directly supporting a senior executive
- Demonstrated success managing complex executive calendars, competing priorities, and sensitive matters with limited oversight
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity, discretion, and sound professional judgment
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to establish trusted relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders across organizational levels
- Outstanding organizational and time management capabilities, with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the judgment to communicate effectively across diverse audiences and seniority levels
- Ability to remain composed, adaptable, and highly effective as priorities and business needs change
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with Adobe Acrobat
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams, functions, and time zones

Preferred Qualifications:
