Teacher Responsibilities
The Teacher is responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment that supports children's learning, growth, and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a positive, welcoming, and organized classroom environment.
- Lead daily classroom routines and activities.
- Encourage children to develop independence, confidence, and positive social skills.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate Montessori activities.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom.
- Actively supervise children to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Promote positive behavior and effective classroom management.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support children's development.
- Assist with lesson preparation and ensure classroom materials and supplies are ready.
- Support the daily needs of the classroom and contribute to a positive learning experience for every child.
