The Role And What You'll Be Doing

The Location Based Entertainment department specialises in managing a wide variety of IP-branded immersive experiences across various formats such as theme parks, family entertainment centres, restaurants, exhibitions, live shows, events, and other ventures. On behalf of our clients, we identify, secure, and deliver licensed immersive experiences across the world.

As Licensing Executive, Location-Based Entertainment, you will play an integral role in an expanding team, responsible for securing and delivering new branded experiences that support sustained future growth within IMG’s Location Based Entertainment division. You will collaborate with renowned global brands, identify revenue-generating opportunities, support with business development initiatives, and contribute to the strategic growth of licensed experiences for the company.

Candidates with experience in licensing, attractions, immersive experiences, or related sectors, who are enthusiastic about working within the growing immersive experiences sector, are encouraged to apply.

Your Responsibilities

- Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities within our portfolio and initiating relationships with leading entertainment operators.
- Provide management support across various projects, overseeing timelines and key deliverables in collaboration with both internal and external project stakeholders.
- Assist in managing existing licensees, working closely with creative, financial, legal, PR, and operational teams to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality licensed projects.
- Collaborate with our clients to streamline approval processes with licensees, ensuring all projects are launched in accordance with brand guidelines and client expectations.
- Prepare creative materials, such as pitch decks, to facilitate new business opportunities and provide business critical updates to our portfolio of clients.
- Conduct proactive research on key market trends and leading entertainment operators, ensuring IMG Licensing remains at the forefront of the licensed experiences sector.

You'll Have These

- Proven experience within location-based entertainment, attractions, immersive experiences, licensing, consumer products, or a related commercial field.
- A demonstrated track record of managing client accounts across multiple partners and territories.
- A proactive, solution-oriented attitude with the willingness to engage at all levels within the organisation.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Meticulous attention to detail when reviewing creative and technical documentation.
- A creative mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and make strategic recommendations to enhance projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and/or other creative software to support content development.
