Facilities Maintenance & Painting Associate (Entry-Level)
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable, hands-on individual for an entry-level Facilities Maintenance & Painting Associate position. This role involves interior and exterior painting, general facility upkeep, and basic maintenance and repairs. Ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, willing to learn, and takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform interior and exterior painting, including surface preparation and touch-ups.
- Assist with general facility maintenance and minor repairs.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and routine upkeep.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
- Support daily facility maintenance and cleaning needs as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Entry-level position; previous painting, janitorial, custodial, or maintenance experience is a plus, but not required.
- Basic familiarity with painting tools and general maintenance practices preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a dependable work ethic.
- Ability to perform hands-on tasks and remain on your feet throughout the shift.
