About this role
- Body Exterior Quality Engineer is responsible for Tracking and supporting activities that are aimed to improve the quality of all vehicles produced at the company from the system and component level
- Engineer will coordinate the sessions required to generate and follow up projects to improve quality from conception to implementation.
- Engineer will coordinate and/or support as required the validation of design changes derived from projects and ideas to improve quality indicators
- Engineer will review and validate the manufacturing process to confirm the proper execution of all Body Exterior Quality projects.
- Engineer will verify and confirm that body exterior quality projects meet Ford Motor Company requirements.
- Engineer will Keep track of the Body Exterior Quality projects
- Create and manage reports to provide status.
- Engineering degree
- Good math, science, technology, and IT skills
- The ability to analyze complex problems and assess possible solutions
- The ability to explain design ideas clearly and strong decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills both in Spanish and English
- Ability to prioritize and plan effectively
- A commitment to keep up to date with new technology
