Overview: Program Integrator I (PI1) | Program Finance
Were seeking a Program Integrator I with a strong finance background to support program financial planning and execution. This role works with program and finance teams to maintain spend plans, coordinate requisitions, and track financial activity using customer-specific tools and databases.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain spend plans that reflect program funding, priorities, and anticipated costs.
- Prepare and track requisitions, coordinating with program and procurement teams to resolve discrepancies and keep requests moving.
- Monitor planned and actual spending, identify variances, and summarize their impact for program leadership.
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare status reports using customer-specific financial management tools and databases.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in program finance, budgeting, or financial management.
- Experience developing and maintaining spend plans and preparing or tracking requisitions.
- Working knowledge of customer-specific financial management tools and databases.
- Ability to analyze financial data and communicate findings clearly to program stakeholders.
