In This Role, You Will:

- Greet patients and families with warmth and professionalism.

- Collect and verify accurate patient and insurance information for hospital services.

- Obtain necessary signatures and authorizations while ensuring compliance with hospital and HIPAA standards.

- Explain hospital policies and financial responsibilities in a clear and supportive way.

- Enter patient data into our electronic medical record (EMR) system with precision and attention to detail.

- Collaborate with departments across the hospital to support smooth admissions and timely patient care.

What Were Looking For:

- A caring and detail-oriented professional with a High School Diploma or equivalent (Associates in Healthcare or Business preferred).

- Experience in a medical or hospital setting preferred, especially in registration or insurance verification.

- Excellent communication, multitasking, and customer service skills.

- Proficiency with EMR systems, Microsoft Office, and strong data entry accuracy.

- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
