## What You’ll Do

As an Insurance Agent Apprentice, you will:

- Develop new business through agency-provided leads, referrals, and outbound outreach (calls, emails, texts, networking)
- Build rapport and identify insurance needs through consultative conversations
- Explain coverage options, handle objections, and guide customers through decisions
- Maintain consistent communication to convert prospects into satisfied clients
- Meet individual sales goals and contribute to overall agency growth
- Organize leads, track activities, and manage follow-ups using agency CRM tools
- Participate in ongoing training, sales coaching, and professional development

- Has experience in sales, insurance, or other results-driven environments
- Communicates confidently and thrives on building new relationships
- Is comfortable with outbound prospecting and asking for the sale
- Achieves and is motivated by measurable results and earning potential

- Embraces coaching and seeks continuous improvement
- Is interested in professional growth and advancement
- Holds, or is willing to obtain, Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance licenses
