Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care is looking for a dedicated CNA, HCA, or Caregiver to join our team in Kenmore, WA!

THE OPPORTUNITY AT A GLANCE
- Competitive Pay: $21.00–$23.00/hour, depending on experience and assignment.
- Work Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week.
- Consistent Hours: Monday–Friday daytime schedule.
- Flexible Opportunities: Other shifts may also be available.

- Location: Kenmore, Washington.
- Transportation: No driver's license or personal vehicle required.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a valued member of our caregiving team, you will help create a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment where the client can maintain as much independence as possible.
Your responsibilities will include:
Personal Care & Daily Living
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene as needed.
- Support daily routines and activities of daily living.
- Assist with safe mobility and ambulation.
Health & Wellness Support
- Provide medication reminders as directed.
- Assist with prescribed exercises and recommended activities.
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements.
- Observe and report changes in the client's health or behavior.
Companionship & Household Support
- Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support.
- Engage the client in enjoyable and appropriate activities.
- Assist with light housekeeping and maintaining a comfortable home.
- Communicate effectively with family members and the care team.
Safety & Professional Care
- Follow the established care plan.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Recognize and respond appropriately to emergencies or unusual situations.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We want someone who brings both professional skills and a caring heart.
Required Qualifications:
- Current, active Washington State CNA or HCA credential, as applicable to the position.
- Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association, as required.
- Compassionate, patient, respectful, and dependable attitude.
- Ability to work independently and follow care instructions.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Basic meal preparation and housekeeping abilities.
- Ability to perform the physical duties associated with caregiving.
- Successful background check and reference verification.
Preferred:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous caregiving or in-home care experience.
