Designated Quality Representative (DQR)

Required Qualifications

Education

- Associates degree or technical certifications in Quality; preferably in Aerospace
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.

Experience

- 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, supplier quality, manufacturing, or inspection.
- Experience conducting source inspections and quality audits.
- Experience in creating Advanced Shipping Notices (ASN’s) in customers Portals.
- Familiarity with regulated industries such as aerospace, defense, medical device, automotive, or industrial manufacturing preferred.

Technical Skills

- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality management systems.
- Experience using precision measurement equipment and inspection tools.
- Understanding of root cause analysis methodologies and corrective action processes.
- Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).

Preferred Certifications

- Common Training for DPRV Personnel (AS13001)
- ASQ Certified Quality Inspector (CQI)
- ASQ Certified Quality Technician (CQT)
