Montefiore Einstein is seeking an experienced and strategic healthcare finance leader to join our team as an Assistant Director of Finance. This leadership role supports the financial health and operational success of the Department of Neurology and affiliated physician practice operations.

Salary Range

$58,400 - $106,920 annually. Final compensation is based on experience, education, internal equity, and market factors.

Position Highlights

·        Lead financial operations for a large academic healthcare department

·        Partner with executive and physician leadership

·        Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning efforts

·        Support provider recruitment and program expansion

·        Manage complex financial reporting and analytics

Required Qualifications

·        Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field

·        Minimum five years of progressive financial management experience

·        Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills

·        Healthcare, physician practice, hospital, or academic medical center experience

Preferred Qualifications

·        MBA, MHA, or related graduate degree

·        Healthcare finance leadership experience

·        Revenue cycle and physician practice operations experience
