Full-time, Non-exempt - $27.00 per hour
May include evenings & weekends based on scheduled resident events

Job Responsibilities
- Coordinates the day-to-day transportation operations for independent living, skilled nursing, and assisted living residents.
- Generates the Daily Transportation Schedule and the Monthly Driver Schedule.
- Supervises and trains all drivers.
- Operates company vehicles and buses when required.
- Maintains efficient and proactive communication with residents, transportation and community life services team, other departments, outside vendors and agencies, and other communities.
- Manages vehicle records, calculates scheduled trip costs and submitted receipts
- Researches trip logistics, routes, and schedules
- Maintains cleanliness of community vehicles
- Transports vehicle to service location for preventive maintenance as needed and notifies supervisor regarding any necessary repairs or malfunctions.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Tennessee drivers’ license with CDL endorsement (Class A or B with P endorsement)
- Must be able to attain and/or retain DOT Medical certification
- Good driving record with no restrictions & ability to follow traffic and driver safety laws
- Minimum 2 years' transportation experience in senior living or hospitality environment preferred
- Must be flexible with scheduled hours that may include some early mornings, evenings, nights and occasional weekends as scheduled
- Must be able to interpret and follow GPS/map directions
- Must be able to present a courteous, friendly and helpful attitude with all residents at all times
- Must be ability to lead and work collaboratively and constructively with a team
