Our Sales Assistants schedule appointments for you, allowing you to focus on what you do best: helping homeowners find the right comfort solutions for their needs.

Position Summary

As a Residential Sales Representative, you will meet with homeowners, assess their HVAC and home comfort needs, develop customized solutions, present proposals, close sales, and ensure a positive customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

- Consult with homeowners to identify their HVAC and home comfort needs.

- Present customized HVAC system recommendations and maintenance programs.

- Guide customers through the sales process and help them make informed decisions.

- Prepare estimates, proposals, financing options, and sales agreements.

- Follow up on leads, proposals, and completed installations.

- Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.

- Address customer questions and overcome objections professionally.

- Participate in company marketing and sales initiatives, including community and referral events.

- Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of sales experience required.

- Proven success in in-home sales strongly preferred.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office.

- High School Diploma or GED required.

- Associate Degree preferred.

- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
