To achieve this, the SCHIE Product and Procurement Optimization (SPPO) team plays a key role in defining and implementing portfolio optimization processes and controls that enable effective management and delivery of silicon hardware development, including fleet hardware for Microsoft’s cloud infrastructure.The SPPO (SCHIE Product and Procurement Optimization) team is seeking a Senior Hardware Engineer, Technical Program Manager to drive complex hardware initiatives. This role requires a strong background in hardware product development, including silicon and platform design, combined with strategic thinking, business acumen, and a bias for action. Hardware Engineering IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $160,200 - $261,000 per year.
