Job Description
Reporting directly to the Retail Operation Manager, you will be the hands-on project coordinator for the end-to-end NSO lifecycle. You will work closely with internal cross-functional partners, external vendors, and store teams to track milestones, resolve operational roadblocks, and ensure retail spaces are delivered on time and to Vuori’s premium standards.
What you'll get to do:
- Support the end-to-end management of the NSO timeline. Track project milestones, follow up on deliverables, and flag potential delays to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Serve as the central point of contact to coordinate with cross-functional teams (Design, Construction, VM, Merchandising, and Marketing). Ensure all departments are aligned on NSO milestones and execution schedules.
- Coordinate final store setup, stock intake schedules, staff training readiness, and pre-opening walkthroughs. Provide on-site support for the final 5 days before the grand opening to guarantee a flawless launch.
- Identify operational bottlenecks during the NSO process, collect feedback from store teams, and assist in optimizing retail operation workflows for future openings.
- Coordinate with external vendors and construction teams to ensure deliverables and execution timelines are met.
- Assist in ensuring that all pre-opening activities and buildouts align with company operational standards.
Qualifications
Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in Project Coordination, Retail Operations, Store Development, or NSO support. Experience in premium retail or activewear is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously. Strong attention to detail is a must.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills. You are a proactive team player who can effectively follow up with diverse stakeholders.
