About this role

About Bridge: Bridge is the fastest, most compliant way to scale insurance billing nationwide. We enable virtual care companies to go in-network nationally in as little as 30 days — without the operational lift. Our platform handles payer contracting, credentialing, real-time benefit verification, medical coding, claim submission, denial management, and compliance in a single integrated solution. Backed by leading investors including General Catalyst, Andreessen Horowitz, Thrive Capital, Khosla Ventures, Greenoaks, and Mischief, we're scaling rapidly.
The Role: Bridge’s Strategy & Operations function runs the planning process and operating cadences that turn company strategy into team execution and drives Bridge’s highest-priority cross-functional initiatives.
Bridge is hiring a Strategy & Operations Generalist to expand what the function can take on. You’ll drive initiatives and own the data analysis inside Bridge’s largest strategic projects. You’ll support the planning process and operating cadence that tell us whether we’re hitting our goals, and you’ll build the materials we bring to our board and investors. You’ll work directly with the Strategy & Operations Lead, getting exposure to every function and to the decisions that shape Bridge’s next phase.
This role is built to grow. Over time, you’ll take on bigger projects and broader scope within Strategy & Operations. As Bridge expands, you’ll have the opportunity to help build and own new capabilities from the ground up, turning the problems you’ve solved into functions you lead.
Responsibilities:
- Initiative execution: Drive smaller initiatives and defined workstreams within S&O's major projects, partnering with function leads to get them done, and build toward owning cross-functional projects end to end.
- Strategic analysis: Own the data analysis behind major projects and leadership decisions. Structure ambiguous questions, chase down the data and context, and deliver clear, decision-ready answers.
- Planning and operating cadence: Support quarterly and annual planning. Track progress against company goals and key initiatives, and flag risks early.
- Board and investor materials: Build the analysis, visuals, and materials for board meetings and investor updates.

Requirements:
- 3–5 years in management consulting, strategy, or analytics roles. Time at a startup or small company strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical and structured-thinking skills. Comfortable building models, analyses, and dashboards from scratch.
- Resourceful: you chase down context and answers without waiting to be handed them.
- Adaptable: energized by shifting priorities, not thrown by them.
- Clear, concise communicator in writing and in the materials you build.
- High bar for quality, with judgment about when to ship.
- Healthcare or health tech experience is a plus but not required.

Why Bridge?
- Help build a critical function at a company accelerating the adoption of virtual care to reduce costs and improve access.
- Direct exposure to every function and the strategic decisions that shape Bridge's next phase.
- High-ownership role with clear impact — the systems you build and the decisions you drive will directly shape how Bridge scales.
- Competitive salary, benefits, and equity package. Given Bridge's funding and stage, we heavily value the potential upside from equity.
