Accountabilities
You will coordinate cross-functional programs and drive execution across multiple teams, ensuring priorities, timelines, and deliverables remain aligned with business objectives.
- Lead initiatives involving Engineering, Product Management, Network Operations, Sales, Services, and Support teams to support the product roadmap.
- Identify program risks, assess potential impacts, and develop appropriate contingency plans.
- Maintain visibility into outstanding work and communicate backlogs to key stakeholders.
- Guide prioritization discussions based on business needs, dependencies, and delivery objectives.
- Communicate program progress, risks, and changes in expectations to senior leadership using consistent reporting methods.
- Maintain and continuously update roadmaps of committed work throughout the current planning cycle.
- Develop and improve processes that help measure program performance and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate combines technical program management experience with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. You should be comfortable coordinating global stakeholders and translating complex technical topics into clear information for different audiences.
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic qualification.
- Demonstrated experience using Jira and Confluence.
- Experience identifying and managing project dependencies while maintaining accurate project plans and up-to-date milestones.
- Familiarity with internet technologies and protocols, such as DNS, HTTP, and TCP/IP.
- Ability to assess workloads, identify technical challenges, and communicate them effectively to senior stakeholders with varying levels of technical expertise.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across global environments.
