What You’ll Get to Do

You will lead a team of approximately 3–10 analysts, along with program support resources that may include logisticians, engineers, and other personnel. You will apply expertise in business intelligence, contract management, financial management, budgeting, pricing, and CACI enterprise resources to support contracts serving NAVSEA, NSWC, MSC, FMS, USCG, Department of Defense, program, and shipyard clients.

You will provide high-quality support in developing engineering management and operational guardrails for the Naval Engineering Director and the broader team. Working closely with engineering task leads and other HM&E leads, you and your team will support monthly and ad hoc client deliverables, schedules, forecasts, staffing plans, risk and opportunity meetings, and final technical deliverables. You will ensure that project plans are created for each task, workloads are balanced across engineering resources, financials are managed effectively, and labor funding and deliverables are accurately reported in coordination with contract PMO teams.

You will lead internal and client biweekly and monthly reporting for each task instruction, subtask, and contract. You will remain proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, databases, and Teams, while promoting modern tools such as Power BI, SharePoint, and Power Automate to improve business operations. You will hire and develop staff who can use pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Excel formulas, artificial intelligence, and other data analytics methods to increase management and operational efficiency. As a self-starter and collaborative team member, you will work across engineering management teams and support technical proposal development as needed.
